Can I buy the us system from anywhere apart from http://brasselerusadental.com/  ?????

In reply to Paul Stephens Thank you for your interest Paul. The full system is currently only available in North America (Files, Handpiece, Sealer, Coated GPs for Hydraulic Condensation). The other Sealer and GP however can be bought as BUSA brand in Europe through FKG Dentaire and under the brand name TotalFill.
The ESX or EndoSequence files are only available in US. but you can use EndoSEquence Express which I know sells through Henry Schein in Europe. Good luck!

More importantly, how about the 04 and 06 tapered posts?
I thought it was amazing that someone FINALLY invented a post that is 04 and 06 tapered, so that we dont have to drill the tooth away. After all, how many perfs and crappy off centre posts do we see?

In reply to Paul Stephens Sorry but the same; the post is only available in North America. Some people place an order to their hotel room when they visit the US during a dental convention! lol!

Thanks for your reply. I must admit it's a bit strange that a USA company only sells things to the USA. Surely they would know that the worldwide market would be ten time the size and there would b many economies of scale that could be taken advantage of

In reply to Paul Stephens Actually, the US Market is 50% of the global market. The rest of the world is 50! Yes, surprising, huh? Furthermore, there are so many regulations in each country internationally and so many trade barriers specifically for medical devices that the costs add up very fast when you enter a new country. That's why there are only a few US manufacturers in each international market. Medical Devices follow a far more astringent regulatory atmosphere than normal products. Obviously, that's for good reason but it creates these kinds of problems as a result. These products will find their way there. Will just take some time.
Thanks for watching.
