What are indications for use of IRM or  compositt on topp of canal orifice after obturation?

In reply to atul rampal Ideally, best to restore right away. But If you used a Eugenol containing sealer bonding immediately might be a problem. If you fill with IRM over the orifice some may argue the dentin surface’s bond may also be affected for the same reason. So, the question is what kind of sealer is used. If non-eugenol based then you can bond right away after cleaning. Hope this helps.
