Goodevening,
I had done  a rct recently on tooth no.36 ,on aug 2017.PAtient had no pain and the crown was placed.Now,the patient saying she had pain while taking hot fluids yesterday.the pain not continous.on cold no pain.no tender on percussion and palpation.After doing scaling,she felt better on hot fluids.
I have attached the radiograph of the master cone xray and after obturation with crown.
Kindly let me know your suggestion.

In reply to jamilee john There's likely an additional tooth. Check the opposing jaw.
