Hello.. I'd like to ask about pulpotec 1...IS it safe on use ? In some cases of deep proximal cavity it caused interdental necrosis of bone and gingival due to spillage case of pulpotomy of primary teeth ... and immature permanent teeth.. IS it effective? can be used as alternative to RCT of permanent teeth????. Best regards

In reply to abdelwahab elsherbiny I'm not familiar with this product but it's formaldehyde based and would therefore be illegal here in the US. Formaldehyde based materials are generally not advised because they are known carcinogens. I would recommend doing the proper root canal therapy following the modern principles.
