Goodevening ,
I have got a case of radix entamolaries irt mandibular first molar left quadrant of a 14 year old patient.The distolingual is calcified in the apical and middle third.

In reply to jamilee john Well. Looks like you originally had it but then got too much debris packed in there or it somehow got ledged. These are pretty tough canals. Important to practice maintaining working length with frequent irrigation and SSC motion. 
BTW, I don't see a rubber dam clam here!

how is the mb and ml.i tried for the distal.the disto lingual is short

In reply to jamilee john MB/ML are ok length-wise, as long a you have patency in those canals with a small file. If not, it would mean that you have packed infected debris in the last mm and it may be a problem in the long run.

HELLO,
i HAVE ATTACHED THE MATERCONE XRAY OF TOOTH NO.36 IN THE FILE.I TRIED A LOT TILL APEX BUT COULDNT.PLANNING TO OBTURATE.
