Hellp,Here is a case I have decond right premolare traited endo 5 years ago in Eastern Europe.Pateint hasn't symptoms.Irefered to specialiste and diagnose irrestaurable tooth and extraction.There is 2nd canal with separeted instrument and not sure but also in apical third in buccal canal.I remouve the post and have 19mm length in buccal canal.So any suggestions or recommandations, thans a lot

In reply to Nastya Koteva The tooth is definitely restorable. Complete the endo and restore, then an apico will have a great prognosis. As long as there's no crack and the perio condition around the tooth is fine apicoectomy will easily address the broken file. You just need to have someone who knows what they're doing do the apico. That's all. Good luck.

Thank you very much, the patiente is very happy the obturation  of canal is done and till now no symptoms.
