    @Joao Costa: That’s a good question. If I’m using a non-heat treated file I would let it rotate before entering since it’s concentric; but if I’m using a heat treated file I stop and rotate once I’ve entered the orifice (non-concentric cutting due to extra flexibility!) So, it’s easier to thread in the file into the canal that way. Hope that makes sense.
