a letter of appreciation to u dr.Ali. u have really helped me with my confidencey and skills. ur way is very stylish and evidens based.
      i have though one comment,
here in Sweden we don’t use rubberdam for opening of the orifice, we just use it with cleaning and shaping, and to be honest ur way is time consuming. can u just comment on my point and try to finde me a way to do it like u but still not be a waste of my income time?

@Bikhtiyar Saeed: Thank you for the kind words. I’m not sure I understand the difference. I place the rubber dam at the beginning, you place it after access. How’s my way more time consuming?! It should be equal time except that you place it later. If I have a very calcified, rotated root I may also wait and place it after access if I’m able to get adequate isolation. So, time is not the difference here as long as you are using the rubber dam throughout instrumentation and obturation you should be fine. Cheers!
