  Hey I just joined in restorative residency! One point that confuses me is leaving the demineralized dentin adjacent to pulp in order to avoid exposure! As I have attached the textbook page as well. Also focusing just on marginal caries removal! Can u clear this for me Please? This does not make the environment completely sterile or does it?
