When do you charge a patient for retreating an Endo you have done.?

@DrRoot33: Sorry for the delay in responding. I don’t charge if I did the endo and requires revision within a year. Beyond that, I have to see why a revision is necessary. But I would normally do apicoectomy for that and I still wouldn’t charge full fee. If it’s beyond 5-8 years then I would charge something; but still not the full fee. The goal is to keep the patient happy. I realize it’s not my fault that the case requires surgery; but I’m trying to make sure patients are not paying so much for the same tooth that they would think maybe they should have had an implant! LOL! Cheers!
