Case Based Learning 24 (part II) Lateral and Apical Surgery basic free

Dr. Safi shares a recent case of a failing RCT and repair through apicoectomy and lateral canal fill surgically.

The cause of failure due to lateral canals is a function of remaining bacteria in the main canal. This case is surgical management of the lateral and apical lesion associated with bacteria in the root canal.
